Project Notes
Similar to its predecessor, it can check netapp SNMP status on a number of variables. The logic has been revamped and the script set to allow for simple expansion of new checks (like qtree status) Inside the script is a hash of hash that stores all the config data for the variable to check. For example: 'FAILEDDISK' => { 'oid' => '.1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.6.4.7', 'answer' => 'Disks failed: %d', 'perfdata' => 'faileddisk=%d', 'help' => '%s - disk failed state', }, you can also create specialized subroutines to deal with more challenging tests like volume or quota utilization. (examples included in the script)
