Project Notes
Another plugin to test SIP services. Depends on sipsak (www.sipsak.org) to do communications with the SIP server. Basic ping-like test just connects to the given port and submits a SIP OPTIONS request. The script can also send a REGISTER request, thus giving a more complete test of the SIP services. Future plans include testing full INVITEs, which will thus give Nagios a way to test end-to-end VoIP.
