Plugin to check the Plant load of LXP controllers

Project Notes
This plugin will monitor the Plant Load (Amps) and the Plant Voltage (Vdc) via snmp. Tested with Nagios 2.9 and Emerson Network Power product called LXP Ethernet / SNMP Controller Model 43380028402. The latest version (4.1.1) has much cleaner code. Last update 11-06-2007
