yet another CPU statistic checker

Just a quick CPU usage checker I wrote because the one bundled with the OS X agent has a known bug (http://tracker.nagios.com/view.php?id=307). I had no need for alerts for warning or critical thresholds, I only wanted to see usage. This is a simple python wrapper to parse the output of a single top command, and output in a format friendly to nrpe. Tested on OS X 10.7.5, but I have little doubt it will work on many other versions of OS X.
