check_time_snmp

bad time offsets were preventing kerberos from working, now we can monitor it. (firewall blocks many ports) one bug... I just started using this to check the times on some Windows based DVR's. Sometimes the systems become out of sync and there is nothing harder than trying to find specific video when the times are all wrong. Thanks for creating this.
