Checks: 1. fetches one or more stats 2. checks stat's value against expected regex (optional) 3. checks stat's value against warning/critical range thresholds (optional) raises warning/critical if the value is outside thresholds or not a floating point number Tested on Riak 1.x, 2.0.0, 2.1.1 usage: check_riak_version.pl [ options ] -H --host Riak host ($RIAK_HOST, $HOST) -P --port Riak port ($RIAK_PORT, $PORT, default: 8098) -e --expected Expected regex for stat if one stat is specified. Checked before range thresholds. Optional -t --timeout Timeout in secs (default: 10) -v --verbose Verbose mode (-v, -vv, -vvv ...) -h --help Print description and usage options -V --version Print version and exit
