Linux only.
This plugin reads /proc/meminfo, checks for free memory and used swap space and returns everything it can find as perfdata.

The pnp4nagios template evaluates a reasonable number of information and creates three graphs:
  • memory statistics
  • swap space statistics
  • virtual memory statistics
