check_icap.pl

check_icap.pl will take arguments and use them to connect to an ICAP service, query it with standard information, and receive back the ICAP response code. It will then evaluate the response and indicate to Nagios whether or not the service is healthy or not. If the service is not healthy, the numerical response code will be returned with a brief elaboration as to its real meaning. Uses Nagios::Plugin::Getopt, so I believe it's only compatible with Nagios 3.x
