Cacti Thresholds

This plugin allows Nagios to read Cacti thresholds, and give alerts when they are triggered. The only exit states are OK (threshold is not triggered) and CRITICAL (threshold is triggered). This is useful for large organizations using both forms of server monitoring, and wanting to consolidate them.
