c2n.cgi is a filter/wrapper for the frontend of Cacti to include it in Nagios.
I will not do any further development of this wrapper because I have migrated to pnp4nagios

I have everything done but I'm getting
Global symbol "$CACTI_URI" requires explicit package name at /usr/local/nagios/sbin/c2n.cgi line 63.
in the logs so it's not working as planned. I couldn't find any information on the error in the Google engine or other groups either :(
