ActiveMQ_QueueMonitor

Description:

This nagios check will check if your queues have consumers and the number of items on the queue is within configured limits.

Useful script!
by pimpanpet, September 30, 2012

Nice script that even allows to check for different number of queued messages based on data/time. On Centos5 needed some additional Perl stuff but in the end it worked. Missing: the --help option and the option to suppress the WARNING raised for queues without consumers; sometimes you can have a queue for errors that is just for capturing them. No active consumer there.
