HylaFAX fax queue monitor

This plugin checks how many jobs are in the fax queue of a HylaFAX server. I have only tried it on my fax server which runs on the same machine as Nagios, but this plugin should also be able to check fax servers running on different machines, as long as the right access control is set up. The command line options let you specify hostname (defaults to localhost), port (defaults to 4559), username, password, warning threshold and critical threshold. This plugin requires the Net::FTP package.
