So many check_mem scripts out there but I am still not satified so I wrote my own. Many scripts report the total use of memory but they dont care how much memory is placed in cache by the OS or an Application. Well using vmstat or free we can get just that. The graphs work as well, I calculated the % used of either swap or RAM memory. I know it can be improved but its working good enough for me. any suggestions
