The xen cpuload plugin

This is a work-in-devlopment script written in the research for the Book "Xen - Virtualisierung unter Linux" - see http://www.xen-info.de As the many TODO's tell, there's many, but small things to do to get import pieces of information about the state of a Xen Server. Currently, it just checks for the cpu usage and returns an error when it's 100%. Call and use it as any other Nagios plugin. Still, the user calling the script must be in the sudoers file.
