You will need an account with credits on smscity.com to use this plugin. Unpack the archive in nagios/libexec/ change the variables in send_sms.php to reflect your user and password, and of course your sender name. Add the following to commands.cfg: define command{ command_name notify-host-by-sms command_line $USER1$/send_sms.php -T $_CONTACTMOBILE$ -M '$HOSTSTATE$: $HOSTNAME$ $HOSTACKCOMMENT' > /dev/null 2>&1 } define command{ command_name notify-service-by-sms command_line $USER1$/send_sms.php -T $_CONTACTMOBILE$ -M '$SERVICESTATE$: $SERVICEDESC$ on $HOSTNAME$ $SERVICEACKCOMMENT$' > /dev/null 2>&1 } Make sure you add _Mobile to every contact in your contacts.cfg, this should contain the 06-number to send the SMS to.
