This plugin is a good idea
For instance, it could be used to check vpn connexion status.

But it do not work on my side.
I got following issue if i use `check_network eth0` syntax


```
No interface specified
usage: /sbin/mii-tool [-VvRrwl] [-A media,... | -F media] [-p addr]
```
