Scripts checks if you saved the running Cisco config to nvram. It does this by comparing the ccmHistoryRunningLastChanged and ccmHistoryRunningLastSaved. Notes Unfortanately it will also tricker if you would go into configuration mode and exit witout making changes. Use case would be to have it run once a day or once a week to make sure you have saved you configs.
