The plugin was develeoped by ciphron. To read more you may read their blog post about Arcor Cost Control. You can choose a warn/crit limit for a period of time. For example max 100 EUR a week and max 500 EUR a month. It provides perfdata for all phone numbers for the timeframe choosen.
