check_nuodb_domain plugin

Project Notes
This plugin uses Python 2.7 and the pynuodb driver to monitor the health of a NuoDB Domain and the databases within it. It attempts to connect to the domain broker, checks for databases, and then ensures that each database has at least one Transaction Engine and one Storage Manager.
