Doesn't work with check_nrpe cpu / memory checks

If this plugin could ever work with checks made with nrpe instead of check_nt, this would be awesome. As we no longer use check_nt, it's rather useless now.

CPU and Memory Plugin

Hi can you advice which plugin we need to use to get metric statistics for Memory and CPU for both Linux and windows , so far i check few of them not successful.
