This PowerShell script can be used to determine if a file is open and locked. It returns service state 0(OK) if the file isn't opened, a 1(WARNING) if it is opened but not locked, and a 2(CRITICAL) if it is opened and locked. It will also return the username of the person who currently has it opened if the state is WARNING or CRITICAL. Usage: .check_filelock.ps1 [filename]
