When executing check_mysql normally the result is:

With this wrapper:
./check_mysql_wrapper SERVER 3306 DB_NAME DB_USER PASS 5 5 MYSQL SERVER DB_NAME OK|Uptime=12626323 Threads=21 Questions=26632634 Slow_Queries=243 Opens=45 Flush_tables=1 Open_tables=39 Queries_ps_avg=2.109s;;;0
The results then produces graphs in pnp4nagios using the wrapper
