Compatible With
ActiveMQ message delivery check.
It's a little Perl script to be used as a Nagios plugin to monitor whether ActiveMQ is working properly or not. I've used Net::Stomp module from the CPAN archive adding some output interpretation. The foreach loop is a substitute for Java failover://(tcp://mybroker1:61616,tcp://mybroker2:61616)?randomize=false. It's not perfect, but it's good enough. Maybe someone will find it useful. Configuration variables: @hosts - list of ActiveMQ brokers to be check in order of preference, $login and $pass - login credentials, $queue - test queue name. Tested with Nagios 2.x, should work with 3.x as well.
