Script to test functionality of Slipstream http servers.
Current Version
Last Release Date
June 5, 2009
Owner
Nagios Exchange
Compatible With
shell script
simple shell script to download a static file from the command line via http, then again using slipstream proxy, then diffing the 2 files. Mismatch results or inability to fetch file via proxy results in CRITICAL, can't fetch or write file for non-proxy results in WARNING, other wise OK. Requires cproxy program that is in the slipstream install tarball and wget program to fetch pages. (could be altered to use freebsd fetch or lynx I suppose) Bugs: a hung cproxy instence needs to be killed by hand, don't want to assume existing instence is not another nagios test running.
