Nagiosmap is a Perl/Tk app desined to work with Nagios that allows you to graphically create 2-D coordinates for the statusmap CGI by dragging hosts around.

The hosts (and links between the hosts) that can be used in the map are pulled from the config files when the app starts. You have to option of writing the coordinates for your host layout back to the CGI file when you're done. Modification to the app since it was called "Saintmap" include: i18n support, support for new Nagios config file format, grid positionning support, status line, and misc bugfixes.
