Pluging for check OpenSips via XMLRPC

Project Notes
This program will scan Opensips RPC for statistics and will display them in Nagios format. Will trigger Warning or Critical in Nagios based format in the thresholds specified. It returns performance data of the OpenSips Proxy, so you can graph values with an extension like pnp4nagios. You need php5 and pnp5-xmlrpc in your Nagios machine for this plugin to run. Tested with OpenSips 1.11 on Debian wheezy. Can work locally on the proxy or remotely in Nagios machine. Made in PHP5 for command Line but probably will work too using a URL. If you test the script using URL parameters or have bugs/improvements please contribute.
