Powershell Disk Check & Automated Cleanup script

Description:

You’ll need a proxy host to run your Powershell commands (or they can be run directly from the server(s)). More info here: http://www.nsclient.org/nscp/discussion/topic/637

This script will detect and monitor any fixed disks, the three variables you need to pass to it are hostname, warn & crit thresholds (in free %s). It won’t alert unless those thresholds are met AND the total free space is less than 10GB for warning, 5GB for critical.

When a warning condition occurs, it will automatically remove anything older than 7 days it finds in:
All user profiles temp and temporary internet files
C:windowstemp
C:temp
C:inetpublogslogfiles (IIS)
c:$recycle.bin
