RT create

With the new exchange 2010 out. Extra mail protocols like POP3, and IMAP are disabled. so in an effort to find a way around i developed this script so that it calls the RT api and uses the RT module to create ticket instead of creating via email. This also will find duplicates and merge the tickets so you won't have a ton of them sitting in your queue. This will take a little extra installing but i think it is a good alternative. you will need to install RT::Client::REST and RT::Client::REST::Ticket module.
