On a pSeries AIX lpar, idle cpu is not always a valid parameter for checking the system cpu usage, especially in uncapped lpars. This script considers other parameters for evaluating the system load, such as "phisical cpu usage" and assigned virtual processors. Used on AIX 5.3 TL7.
