Z3950 plugin

Firstly, if you don't know what Z39.50 is, you don't need this plugin! :-) This short perl plugin does a simple search on field 4 (title) and returns the number of results received. It doesn't actually retrieve the result data, as it's assumed that if a server returns a positive number of hits then it's probably OK. You need to install the Net::Z3950 perl module (available from CPAN) to use this plugin.
